The minutes from the meeting held on 23rd February 2021 had been circulated and it was RESOLVED that they be signed as a correct record when current restrictions allow. All previous minutes up to the last meeting had been duly signed by the Chairman

Members viewed the plans and after discussion agreed that although there were no objections to the proposal there was a concern regarding the close proximity of the proposed extension to the neighbouring property

58751/001 Installation of a fully retractable awning with electric operation on to the brick wall of the western elevation of the Pavilion - 7 Columbine Way

Members viewed the plans and received input from a representative from the Bowls Club after discussion members agreed that No Objections would be made

Members viewed the plans and received input from the applicant after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be made
