Members viewed the plans and after discussion agreed that the Council would OBJECT to this proposal as it was considered overdevelopment of the site and unsuitable in its location; if approval was given the bulk and mass of the dwelling would be very prominent on the site as it would predominately become a three storey dwelling. There was concern with the detrimental effect on the street scene and potential overlooking onto the neighbouring properties.
