Members agreed to refer the application to the advice of the Conservation Officer. Members agreed to add the following supplementary comments:
- Members endorsed the comments in the Ecosystem Services Statement at paragraph 6.4 Dark Night Skies (SD8). SD5 is also relevant to the application.
- Members were not support of outside heaters and would ask that the applicant consider off- setting their environmental impact.

Members considered the application and agreed to support the comments of the Planning Officer in respect of the scale and balance of the proposed Cabrio rooflights on the front sloping roof which are out of keeping. The plans do not provide any detail of the scale of the single story rear extension.
d. 59507 - 61 New Road, Clanfield, Waterlooville, PO8 0NN Proposal: Two storey rear and side extension
Members considered the application and agreed no objection provided that given the size and bulk of the proposed extension the comments of the neighbouring properties are addressed.
e. SDNP/21/04731/FUL - Hogs Lodge Cottage Petersfield Lane Clanfield Waterlooville PO8 0PZ Proposal: Replacement 4 bedroom detached dwelling following demolition of existing detached dwelling.
Members considered the application and agreed no objection providing that the proposed new dwelling complies with Policy SD8 and Policy SD5.
