Cllr Jane Woodroof declared a pecuniary interest in SDNP/21/06165 because she would stand to gain from the increase network coverage. She left the meeting room whilst this item was discussed.

The minutes from the meeting held on 12 January 2022 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Proposal: Lawful Development Certificate for Proposed use or Development - Proposed rear, side and first floor extensions to the main house, demolition of existing garage and the erection of outbuilding.

This application is not appropriate for a Lawful Development Certificate. A full planning application should be required as the proposals would materially change the property.
