Members considered the application to determine if prior approval is required for change of use of part of an agricultural building.
Members considered that prior approval should be required as the original use of the building was linked to agricultural related business and not noisy industrial processing.
SDNP/21/05077/TCA (TPO) Proposal: Beech Tree - crown reduction of up to and no more than 6m and to appropriate growth points.
