Stephen D'Este Hoare
My wife and I moved to Clanfield in 1979. I originally worked with a private consultancy in Dorset before moving into local government with East Hampshire District Council in 1988, retiring in 2013. I joined Clanfield Parish Council shortly afterwards and currently act as a Trustee with the South Lane Meadow Trust , acting as Chairman in 2016/17 and am a member of the Parish Council's Planning Committee. In addition, I am working with the team seeking to restore the Down Farm Barns (also know as the Crimea Barns) at the junction of Chalton Lane and Green Lane in the village.
I have three children all of whom went to local schools.
