Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and Clerk
Part two storey, part first floor side/rear extension - 17 Meon Close
Members viewed the proposals and after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be raised.
Rear Ground Floor Extension and Replacement Garage - 76 New Road
Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant after discussion it was agreed that No objections would be made provided the garage is not used for accommodation and it has no detrimental impact on the neighbours light.
Single Storey Extension - Chapel Farm House, Little Hyden Lane
Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant - questions were raised regarding retention of trees to the front – they would be retained for screening and the only tree removal would be a shrub area to enable the building to be constructed. The extension was considered sympathetic to the surroundings within the SDNP and it was agreed that No Objections would be raised.
