No apologies were received – all committee members present

The Chairman declared a non pecuniary interest in application number SDNP/18/00867/FUL and although gave background information took no part in the discussions or decision

P21/18TO AGREE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The minutes of the last meeting had been circulated and it was RESOLVED that they be duly signed as a correct record.

Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and Clerk

Members viewed the application and received input from the applicant – members discussed the application - a query was made with regards to asbestos – after which it was agreed that No objections would be raised

SDNP/18/01290/HOUS Timber Art Studio in rear garden for personal use - Hogs Lodge Cottage Petersfield Lane

Members viewed the proposals and after discussion agreed that No objections would be raised

Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant - after discussion, with some concerns raised regarding the height of the proposed fence - it was agreed that No Objections would be raised

Members had viewed the Draft Statement of Community Involvement and did not have any comments to make – it was noted that anyone can comment, however Cllr D’este Hoare considered that the Parish Council should start preparing the case for the possibility of future development sites. Concerns should be raised regarding back garden development and the loss of bungalows
