P15/19TO AGREE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The minutes of the last meeting had been circulated and it was RESOLVED that they be duly signed as a correct record.

P16/19TO DISCUSS THE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AS LISTED:

57983 Increase in ridge height to provide living accommodation in roof space with rear dormer windows (as amended by plan rec. 04.02.19) - 15 Heyshott Gardens

Members viewed the proposed amendments and after discussion agreed that the comments would remain as per the original application – no Objections in principle, but there are still concerns regarding the height of the roof

Members viewed the proposed amendments and after discussion agreed that the comments would remain as per the original application – no Objections in principle, but there are still concerns regarding the height of the roof/ridge

Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant, after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be raised to this application

Due to a declaration of interest and therefore the meeting no longer being quorate this application was not discussed.

54982/005 Extension to front porch - 86 Drift Road

Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant, after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be raised to this application

P18/19TO CONSIDER THE COUNCILS RESPONSE TO THE LOCAL PLAN REVIEW

Members considered that the Council should submit comments with regards to the Local Plan Review stating: Clanfield Parish Council are concerned that there is another development of 100 houses proposed within the Parish, which is considered excessive, following the building of approximately 500 + houses in the past 5 years there are major concerns regarding the effect further development will have on the existing infrastructure.

Non committee members to be consulted on the above to ask if they agree with the comments and wish to add anything further
