Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and Clerk.

Members viewed the proposals and after discussion agreed that No Objections would be raised although one concern was raised regarding potential overlooking
57666/001 Two Storey Side Extension and Replacement Extension to rear - 7 Peak Road
Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicants – after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be raised although there was a concern raised regarding the weatherproofing of the neighbours garage which adjoined the applicants garage – the applicant stated that this would be addressed
58214 Single Storey Extension to Rear and Partial Conversion of Garage to habitable accommodation - 43 Down View Way
Members viewed the proposals and after discussion agreed that No Objections would be raised to the proposed extension, but it would be stated that there was concern regarding the possible loss of off street parking

Members viewed the proposals and after discussion agreed that No Objections would be raised
29107/003 T1 oak tree in front garden - reduce crown height by 1.5 metres and crown width by 2 metres, leaving a finished crown height of approx. 10 metres and a finished crown width of approx. 8 metres and remove dead wood from the middle of tree (dead wood visible from the ground) - 43 Green Lane
Members viewed the photographs of the tree and received input from the applicants, after discussion it was agreed that the Council would ask the EHDC Arboricultural Officer to meet on site with the residents and the relevant HCC representative, due to damage to the pavement, to decide the best way forward to retain the tree, but carry out the required works for safety reasons
