P41/19TO DISCUSS THE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AS LISTED:

Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and Clerk

27707/002 Conservatory to side and rear, installation of two new windows and french doors - 84 New Road

Members discussed the proposal and received input form the applicant. There was concern raised with regards to the conservatory to the side but the applicant explained that there is a fence at this point which would stop any overlooking onto the highway. Also there would be no overlooking onto the neighbouring property. After consideration it was agreed that the Council have no objections, although it would be stated that there was a concern raised regarding the side conservatory overlooking the highway

28889/050 T1 oak - reduce the limb (overhanging the carriageway beginning at 6 metres from the ground) by 1.5 metres from a starting length of 6 metres leaving a finished length of 4.5 metres. the large upper limb overhanging the carriageway nearest to Hazel Grove, is to be reduced back from 6 metres by 2 metres leaving a finished length of 4 metres - Land at, Green Lane

This application had been submitted on behalf of Clanfield Parish Council to carry out the proposed works on trees on Council land therefore no objections were raised.
