Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and Clerk
37839/002 T1 beech - reduce crown height by 3 metres, leaving a finished height of 16 metres and reduce crown width by 2.5 metres, leaving a finished width of 15.5 metres – 44 Sunderton Lane
After consideration members agreed that they would not object so long as the arboriculturist is happy with the proposed works
58326/001 Conversion of Garage to Habitable Accommodation - 29 Cornflower Gardens
Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant after discussion it was agreed that the Council would Object to this application as it is considered contrary to Planning Policy CP31 and the 2018 supplementary planning guidance 3.2.4. Members consider that restrictive Condition 26 of the permission should be adhered to regarding use of the garage which should be for..." parking of private motor vehicles and ancillary domestic storage and for no other purpose". If permitted it could also set a precedent in the area.

Members viewed the proposals and received input from the applicant after discussion it was agreed that no objections would be raised
