The minutes of the last meeting had been circulated and it was RESOLVED that they be duly signed as a correct record.

Site visits were carried out by the Chairman and the Assistant Clerk.

Members viewed the application and after discussion considered the variation to be acceptable and it was agreed No Objections would be raised.

Members viewed the application and after discussion recommended a condition is applied stating; if the annex is not used for the said purpose it cannot be sub-let or sold separately to the main property.

SDNP/19/ Demolition of existing buildings and change of use of land from b2 (general industry)

04143/FUL to c3 (residential) to create four new dwellings - industrial units site, New Barn Lane, Chalton

Previously refused planning permission by EHDC.

Members viewed the application and after discussion their comments remain the same as before but they are encouraged by some of the changes that have been made. The council retain reservation on the density of the application. Another meeting will be taking place with SDNP site officer.

58463 Pitched roof to front elevation (over garage/wc/ porch) – 2 Pipers Mead

Members viewed the application and after discussion it was agreed that No Objections would be raised.

25072/018 T1 row of beech trees between elm cottage and 22 Nickleby Road - selectively reduce all trees by 2-3 metres in height to leave finished heights of 15 metres and reduce lateral spread to suitable growth points to leave an even balanced crown on all trees and finished lateral spread of 10 metres. Crown lift all trees between 3-5 metres. (the 5 metres is over road and footpath). Crown clean removing crossing branches and deadwood - Elm Cottage, Pond Lane
