The Council has four main committees that undertake specific functions of the Council. These are Planning, Community & Environment, Finance & General Purposes and Property Management.
All Committee meetings usually take place in the Council Office at the Clanfield Centre that start at 6.30 P.M. Please see meetings calendar for all upcoming meetings.
Agendas for each meeting are displayed on the three Parish Council notice boards and on this website at least three clear days before the meeting.
The noticeboards are currently at the Co-op on White Dirt Lane, Clanfield Memorial Hall on South Lane, Clanfield Bowls and sports club Columbine Way and in front of the church in Chalton Village.
